Returns & Refunds
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your order and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Any customs duties or taxes on returns are also the customer’s responsibility.
